SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders are shipped by hand. We don't pack them like groceries or ordinary products.
Orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the date of order. If shipping is delayed due to some reasons it will be intimated to clients prior.
saplings.live have inhouse delivery arrangements. We deliver your products to the provided shipping address.
It's our responsibility to deliver your ordered products safely. Clients can ask for exchange or return if product is damaged or not as per specification.

RETURN POLICY
Our esteemed clients are requested to check the product immediately on delivery, if not satisfied products will be taken back by delivery guy immediately without any question. Amount paid can be refunded or adjusted for replacement of the product/s.

We accept cancellation in all the cases if the reason for return is genuine.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by below modes-
Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
We don't have COD facility.

Wholesale Enquiries are welcomed. We don't have an online booking option for bulk buy. Clients are requested to contact us with detailed required, we'll connect as soon as possible to offer the best deal.
